Position: GM – Operations

Industry : Garments & Apparel

Location : Tumkur, Bangalore, Hubli & Mysore, INDIA

Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma - Engineering or Graduation + Diploma in textiles/IE/ME/Operations

Salary : 3 Laks CTC Per month

Experience:

Minimum15+ yrs. of experience in apparel industry (woven’s.) Responsible for entire operations of unit right from fabric in-house to shipment,Over Inchargeand Repsonsible to run the Entire units , Monitoring & reviewing factory performance in terms of production efficiency, quality, factory cost & shipments--periodically, ensuring appropriate corrective actions wherever required. Reviewing & controlling factory cost by minimizing man power, over time, power & fuel and other overhead expenses. Reviewing style wise cutting, loading, sewing and packing figures on daily basis and ensuring shipments as per plan, customer complaints if any and ensuring appropriate preventive actions. Creating overall awareness among team members about customer expectations and requirements. Language: English and Kannada is must (read, speak and write).
