Experience : CA 10+ years in Engineering product manufacturing company.
Summary : Lead the overall finance functions and provide strategic advice to the Board and members of the Executive management team for taking key decisions regarding Finance, Budgeting, Cash flow, Accounting, Production Costing. The Company requires a strong and seasoned professional with experience in Microsoft/Navision/SAP, etc.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Direct, Indirect tax & Transfer Pricing.
Accounting: Have an oversight on the accounting function. Providing detailed performance review to the Board.
Financial Reporting: Financial reporting and in-depth analysis. As a CFO, the candidate will be required to work closely with the management with respect to various operating financials, cost calculations, budgets and inputs from a commercial point of view.
Costing: Identifying areas where costs can be managed well and margins can be increased in the topline.
Inventory management set up overall control & valuation for inventory
Banking Negotiation: Must have proven experience in managing banking relations and negotiations with various banks and financial institutions.
Alliance with internal team to work closely with the CEO and the core team, sales team etc
To have an oversight and be closely involved with respect to planning and managing the cash flows of the business. To supervise overdue receivables and take required steps to collect those.
Team Building: Be a team player, and to continuously work towards developing skills of all the team members with a view to increasing productivity on a continuous basis.
Project controlling-Company is planning to expand several expenditures on expansion project to have a check and control.
Understanding of legal & company secretory requirement.
Experience:
Experienced CFO with at least 7 to 12 years of experience in Finance Accounting and 5 years in a leadership role
Exposure of Navision/SAP
Strategic mindset and exposure to analytical decision making processes.
Must be proficient in setting up MIS of monitoring conversion costs, production, raw material cost ratios in detail
Must be well versed with reporting of ratios and parameters unique to this industry
Should have worked closely with the business and finance teams to set up a customer profitability system
Must be well versed with product costing and related analysis
What You Need To Have:
Qualification CA Mandatory + (CS would be added advantage)
8-to-10-year experience in engineering manufacturing industries
