Business Planning Manager for Japanese based Automobile company

Position: Business Planning Manager (Business planning of battery swap business expansion)

Industry : Automobile industry

Location : Bangalore INDIA

Salary: Based on experience and skills

Outline of the role:

Based on forecast with vehicle OEMs, we would setup the battery swapping stations at various locations to fulfil the demand. Initially, we are focusing on Bangalore and will expand to other cities.

We are looking for appropriate candidate who can make such planning based on customer perspective and can perform the below listed activities:

1. Business Planning

  • Create short & mid-term business development plan and schedule based on company’s direction
  • Conduct business development such as;
    a. Communicating with customers and OEMs to collect market information
    b. Making demand forecast by city based on market information
    c. Identifying new locations of battery swapping station
    d. Negotiate with land owners such as company and local private/public entities
    e. Proposing service plan including service pricing by city
    f. Specifying additional features for our service which are requested by customers
  • Propose necessary resources for business development
  • Able to simulate profitability and cashflow with investment plan
  • Coordinate with other divisions to ensure achieving targets on timely & effective manner
  • Good communication skill with senior managements

Data and “Voice of Customer” Analysis:

  • Understand various kinds of data from battery swap business
  • Conduct customer survey at field with various methodologies
  • Propose pricing and service improvement based on data and VoC
  • Periodical report of KPIs

Skills:

  • Experience in business planning and customer satisfaction - Proven analytical background - Strong communication/interpersonal skills - Advanced Excel skills

  • Bachelor +
  • Skill of Data Analytics
  • Experience to improve service by direct or indirect communication with customers
