Job description:
Ensure manpower requirement in the factory is met by, through different channels of sourcing like field campaigning, advertisements on local cable etc.
To appraise employees’ performance with the help of I.E.D.
Monitor Staff discipline, inter department harmony and staff conflict resolution, handle critical issues.
Maintain good public relationship
Monitoring all training programs like employees’ developments, health and safety, general awareness, product awareness etc are conducted in time.
Ensure Buyers Compliance met.
Ensure that wage, OT and other payments are made in time.
Ensure proper steps are being taken to reduce absenteeism and turn over through
